Effective July 2023, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to replace our Office Manager during her maternity leave for a period of seven months. After these seven months, there may be a possibility of extension, depending on staffing needs and, of course, mutual satisfaction.
Our Office team is golden, as they are the point of contact for our offices in Den Bosch and Amsterdam and are responsible for all its ins and outs. This includes receiving visitors, package handling, answering the phone, answering emails, keeping calendar appointments and much more.
The role is multifaceted. In addition to the above actions, you will be surprised with different tasks every day. In the first period, you will be involved in preparing meetings & events in the office, liaising with suppliers on the procurement & maintenance of the office premises, supervising an intern and picking up projects for optimization and much more.
