Effective July 2023, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to replace our Office Manager during her maternity leave for a period of seven months. After these seven months, there may be a possibility of extension, depending on staffing needs and, of course, mutual satisfaction.

Our Office team is golden, as they are the point of contact for our offices in Den Bosch and Amsterdam and are responsible for all its ins and outs. This includes receiving visitors, package handling, answering the phone, answering emails, keeping calendar appointments and much more.

The role is multifaceted. In addition to the above actions, you will be surprised with different tasks every day. In the first period, you will be involved in preparing meetings & events in the office, liaising with suppliers on the procurement & maintenance of the office premises, supervising an intern and picking up projects for optimization and much more.

If you like variety and want to be involved with everything that happens within our office, you’ve come to the right place at office! Are you a true organizer, communicatively strong, true multitasker and want to generate a WOW effect in everything you do? Then this could very well suit you!

In short, a fun and versatile position that requires a lot to do and an entrepreneurial attitude! Professionalization is on going, so a critical eye is greatly appreciated! There is ample room for initiating and possibly implementing improvements.

9:00-10:00: Check in! Grab coffee or tea and see what’s on the schedule. Of course, the ‘how was your weekend round-up’ can’t forget to discuss with colleagues 😉

10:00-12:00: Updating administrative tasks, such as billing, filing and scheduling appointments

13:00-15:00: Managing procurement processes and communication with suppliers

15:00-17:00: Time for “emergencies,” packages leaving by mail, answering the phone etc etc.

9:00-10:00: Admin time! Not always fun, must be done

10:00-12:00: Coordinating internal meetings and preparing presentations for various teams

13:00-15:00: Managing the office environment, such as answering incoming phone calls, welcoming visitors and managing office supplies

15:00-17:00: Preparation event taking place in the office this Tuesday night, you have team events for this too!

Your day off! Breaks up the week so nicely 😉

9:00-10:00: Checking in and answering emails

10:00-12:00: Managing the management team’s agenda and scheduling meetings

13:00-15:00: Assist Corporate Recruitment with organizing job interviews at our offices

15:00-17:00: Project time! How can we better design our processes in the office?

9:00-10:00: Check in! What really needs to be done today? In addition, you make sure the admin is in order

10:00-12:00: Planning and organizing events, such as team building activities and company parties

13:00-15:00: Managing mail and packages, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence

15:00-17:00: Coordinating internal meetings and preparing presentations for various teams for the following week. Happy weekend!
