Explore the building
The construction of The Circle is in full swing and the building’s infill is also taking shape. The Circle will soon consist of five floors, each with its own function and character.
We’ll start on the first floor with The Ground, a place for meeting, connecting and a warm welcome. This is also where you’ll find the podcast studio right away. One floor up is The Stage, the place for large-scale events and catering.
On the second floor will be The Academy, an inspiring environment for workshops, knowledge sessions and development. Above that will be The Playground, with workspaces overlooking the Amstel River and available to everyone.
At the very top is The Heart, home of Team Rockstars IT in Amsterdam.

The Circle will be the new home for hundreds of Rockstars—as well as for clients, partners, and neighbors. It will be a place to work, meet, and celebrate. Not a closed-off office, but a vibrant community where everyone is welcome—whether you’re coming for a project, a cup of coffee, or a good conversation.
The building is round, but it’s based on the Rockstars triangle: technology, people, and fun. That gives The Circle its unique shape and character. It’s a place that breaks the mold—and is proud of it. After all, why stick to square thinking when you can dream in circles?
Big dreams only come true when you dare to take the first step. With the start of the construction of The Circle, we are making a clear statement: the future does not wait. Team Rockstars IT, founded in 2015 offers software, cloud & data engineering, consulting and (IT) security services. We operate in the Energy & Utility, Financial Services, Public Services and Media & Technology sectors, among others.
Our philosophy is simple: happiness drives success. The emphasis is therefore on talent development and job satisfaction, where employees are seen as “Rockstars.
