With AI Skills, we build on the knowledge and skills of our engineers and customers. From the AI Innovation Lab, we translate practical cases from the PoC Library into learning projects with which Rockstars and customer teams develop new AI skills hands-on.
We are also developing a training agenda of courses and workshops – from basic to advanced – aimed at software engineers, data specialists, architects and product owners. To make knowledge scalable, we are setting up an internal trainer group to pass on expertise and help teams work successfully with AI.
