At Team Rockstars IT, we are committed to improving the user experience on the Internet by making our website more accessible, especially for people with disabilities. This accessibility statement applies to our website, teamrockstars.co.uk.

Level of conformance to accessibility standard

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provide guidelines for accessibility requirements for people with disabilities. These guidelines are divided into three levels: level A, level AA and level AAA.

Team Rockstars IT has chosen to focus on level AA of WCAG 2.2 at this stage. Although our website is currently not fully compliant with this standard, we are working hard to achieve this. In addition, the downloadable PDF files on our website also still need to be revised to meet accessibility standards.

Measures to improve accessibility

Our motto “Man at One” is not just a slogan, but a promise that we want to deliver, including for people with disabilities. We strive to provide everyone with a smooth and pleasant user experience on our website. Our goal is to be fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards during 2025.

To achieve this, we have taken several measures and are planning further improvements:

  • Internal audits: We will conduct an initial manual internal accessibility audit. The results of this audit will be published on our website.
  • Automated audits: In addition to manual audits, we aim to conduct automated audits at six-month intervals per audit.
  • Training and awareness: Our team is continuously trained and made aware of the latest accessibility standards and practices.
  • Technical improvements: We are working to improve the technical aspects of our website to make it more accessible, such as optimizing navigation and improving the readability of content.

Non- and poorly accessible content

We are aware that some parts of our website and the documents available on it are currently not fully accessible. We are making every effort to resolve these issues and aim to make our website and all related documents fully accessible during 2025. This is a work-in-progress, and we have set clear priorities to achieve this goal.

As previously mentioned, an initial manual internal accessibility audit will be conducted. The findings of this audit will be published on our website. In addition, we aim to conduct automated audits at six-month intervals per audit. These audits will help us make continuous improvements and ensure that we meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
