WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU?

If a referral leads to a Rockstar offer or a new business contract, you are entitled to big applause and, of course, a genuine appreciation that you choose.

To have no surprises afterwards, we emphasize that a contract for new business referral meets the following criteria:

  • A Secondment assignment with a minimum deployment period of 2 months

  • A Consultancy assignment with a minimum value of 15,000 euros

  • A Project with a minimum value of 15,000 euros
  • We qualify all assignments through our bid process and keep you informed of progress.

For Rockstar leads, the lead must be qualified and have accepted an offer.

Frequently asked questions

As soon as we have done the initial screening we will let you know if your referral will be placed in our procedure. This takes a maximum of two working days. After that we will keep you informed at every step of the process until (hopefully) the final hire!

Leave that to our recruiters 😉 We’d rather have one referral too many than miss out on talent! Do you think, “I would love to see this person on my team” or “This is talent, even if he/she is still young or lives a bit further away” → just send through. With talent we always engage. Very simple: 1 month after your referral starts. Does someone start on September 1? Then the bonus is in your October salary payment.
