the role

As Teamlead Data, you combine technical depth with leadership. You work on challenging client projects where you make the difference as a content leader – from architecture choices, data governance and data management to team coaching and stakeholder management.
You lead multidisciplinary teams and provide a solid data foundation on which to build. Not in the background, but at the forefront.

What you will do:

  • Take leadership in the development of scalable data and machine learning solutions
  • Being a technical sparring partner for both client and team
  • Working with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools such as dbt, Terraform, Spark, Kafka, Airflow and Snowflake
  • Guide Data/ML engineers in day-to-day operations and professional growth
  • Bridging the gap between business goals and technical realization

who you are

You are someone with vision and decisiveness. You see what can be improved, dare to discuss it and take the team along with you. You have in-depth technical expertise and are focused on innovation with an eye for people. You are always looking for the smartest and most efficient way forward.

You have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering or machine learning engineering
  • Previously held a leadership role as a (solution) architect or team lead
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern data technology
  • An open mindset, a solid dose of ownership and energy to move forward
  • The desire to keep growing – in technology and leadership
