As Teamlead Data, you combine technical depth with leadership. You will work on challenging client projects where you will make a difference as a content leader – from architecture choices, data governance and data management to team coaching and stakeholder management.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams and provide a solid data foundation on which to build. Not in the background, but at the forefront.

What you will do:

  • Take leadership in the development of scalable data and machine learning solutions
  • Being a technical sparring partner for both client and team
  • Working with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools such as dbt, Terraform, Spark, Kafka, Airflow and Snowflake
  • Guide Data/ML engineers in day-to-day operations and professional growth
  • Bridging the gap between business goals and technical realization

Minimum of 6 years of experience

in data engineering or machine learning engineering

Command of Dutch language

You speak and write Dutch well, as you often interact with Dutch-speaking customers.
