Since its founding in 2015, Team Rockstars IT has grown to become a top-3 developers’ house in the Netherlands with a team of more than 500 selected Software Developers. On a project basis, they develop IT solutions for our customers. We are growing fast and our ambitions are endless (think acquisitions and abroad). From our headquarters in Den Bosch, all staff teams work under one roof. This makes it possible to watch another team as well. The staff consists of about 120 employees. There is an informal, collegial and ambitious atmosphere that provides an energy boost when you step inside. Due to the dynamic environment, we work hard to keep up with developments.

This is what energizes you

Starting in September, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the HR team at Team Rockstars IT in a versatile, facilitative role! As a Rockademy intern, under supervision, you will have the opportunity to independently take on projects when it comes to developing and training our colleagues and Rockstars. We want to generate the “wow” factor in everything, and that takes a lot of input, entrepreneurship and creativity.

Support the Rockademy; our training center develops and organizes training programs for our IT Rockstars and office colleagues. Your help is needed in setting dates, location and training facilities but also in thinking along with us about our training offerings, new training courses and structuring and improving work processes. It is therefore important that you have an affinity for organizing training & education. In addition, you do not flinch when the phone rings, you are communicatively strong and planning and organizing is something you enjoy. Ad hoc tasks are often around the corner, so an energetic, hands on mentality and a proactive attitude is something we ask of you.

In short, a fun and versatile internship where there is much to learn and an entrepreneurial attitude is required! Professionalization is on going, so a critical eye is greatly appreciated! There is ample room for initiating and possibly implementing improvements. From your education, you may have to do an assignment or research. We are happy to help and guide you to formulate a challenging assignment with you that will add value to both you and us. In addition, you will work closely with interns from other teams, so you will also see what other teams are like.

Within Team Rockstars IT, an intern is not just any intern: you rotate into the organization and that’s worth its weight in gold to us! It’s okay to think about that, too. We challenge you to develop yourself and you will be given a lot of responsibility, this contributes to the feeling that you are really part of our beautiful organization.

This is where you recognize yourself

Nobody fits all the boxes, but if you come very close to a perfect score you may call immediately!

  • You are studying at the mbo or hbo;
  • You are studying Facility Management, HRM or Learning & Development or similar;
  • You are available for a minimum of 20 weeks (Preferably a year so longer is also possible!);
  • You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
  • You live in the Den Bosch area;
  • HOURS! You meet our core values: Cordial, Open, Energetic, Rebellious and Ambitious.
