We are one of the largest developers communities in software development, cloud, data and security in the Netherlands with a team of 650+ talented IT professionals. The role

As Principal Consultant, you are the figurehead of your specialty: Test Automation. You work for clients with complex challenges, where quality and speed must go hand in hand. You develop test strategies at a high level and ensure that testing becomes an integral part of the development process. You train teams, advise on tooling and help development and QA to the next level.

In addition, you play an active role within our community of consultants: you coach colleagues, share knowledge and help us grow with Test Automation.

Who you are

We are looking for an entrepreneurial IT professional with the following traits and characteristics:

  • Communicative and Inspirational: You have excellent communication skills and can communicate your vision convincingly to both colleagues and clients.
  • Commercial and Strategic: You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and are adept at developing strategies that advance both our company and our clients.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: You feel at home in a dynamic environment and can be flexible with the freedom your role offers to innovate and grow. In addition, you don’t mind traveling for work.
  • You feel comfortable in a scale-up environment and can fully identify with our core values: HOERA (Warm, Open, Energy, Rebellious, Ambition).
  • You have an HBO or WO degree within IT and master and speak the Dutch language.
