WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

At Team Rockstars Cloud, we are looking for a driven Platform Engineer to join our team. As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our clients’ technology platform, which is the foundation for their applications and services. You play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, scalability and security of the platform, while implementing innovative solutions that contribute to our clients’ technology vision.

Your role includes:

  • Design, implement and manage cloud-based platform architectures;
  • Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance and cost control;
  • Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes or similar technologies;
  • Automate implementation and management processes using CI/CD pipelines;
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technical solutions.

In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, you will think with the management team about the direction of Team Rockstars IT, fostering collaboration between our relationships, and focus on sales strategies that fit your chapter.

This is where you recognize yourself

Nobody fits all the boxes, but if you come very close to a perfect score you may call immediately!

  • Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, with min. 3 years;
  • In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation);
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash);
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for operational insights;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technological innovation.

Additional pluses:

  • Possess or be willing to obtain certifications in cloud computing and platform engineering.
  • Experience implementing microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments.
