WHAT YOU CAN START DOING
As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will build and manage modern container platforms running on Kubernetes and CNCF ecosystems. You will ensure that our customers’ applications run scalably, securely and reliably – in the cloud, on-premises or in hybrid environments.
Your role includes:
- Manage and extend Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE or bare metal).
- Automate and standardize application deployments with Helm – you know how to set up, maintain and reuse charts.
- Implement GitOps with ArgoCD for consistent and reliable deployments.
- Setting up observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger and OpenTelemetry.
- Strengthen security and policies with OPA (Open Policy Agent) and Kubernetes best practices.
- Configure networking and service-to-service communication with Istio (service mesh).
- Working in Linux environments: managing nodes, writing scripts, and performing OS-level troubleshooting tasks.
- Troubleshoot, monitor and continuously improve cloud-native workloads.
