WHAT YOU CAN START DOING
As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you’ll help build cloud solutions that help organizations work smarter, innovate faster and always stay secure. You will translate complex issues into scalable and reliable solutions in the cloud. Your role is varied and hands-on:
- Design, build and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda and VPC.
- Working with containerization and Kubernetes: you will deploy Amazon EKS, ECS and Elastic Container Registry (ECR) to deploy modern applications quickly and scalably.
- Optimize performance, security and reliability with CloudWatch, CloudTrail and AWS Config.
- Automate infrastructure and processes with Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Manage identity & access with IAM and AWS Organizations.
- Troubleshoot, monitor and improve cloud-native and container environments so that they are always stable and available.
- Control cloud costs using AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets and tagging strategies.
You will work with fellow specialists on high-impact projects at various customers, have the space to experiment with the latest AWS features, and continuously grow in your role as a cloud expert.
