  • Your answers to questions about AI Happiness

why do we process this data?

We use your information to:

  1. Analyze the results of the study.
  2. Share the outcomes with all stakeholders. These reports are anonymized: your name or other traceable information will not be included.
  3. Sending you the results as soon as they are available.
  4. Sending you (only if you indicate via opt-in) additional information on relevant topics within AI.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  • Anonymized survey results are shared with all stakeholders.
  • Your name and contact information will not be shared with third parties and will only be visible to the internal project team conducting the survey.

processing basis

We process your data on the basis of consent. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Using Microsoft Forms

The survey is conducted through Microsoft Forms. Your answers are technically processed there according to Microsoft’s privacy policy. This privacy policy has been made available by Microsoft. We download and store only the results necessary for our research and further communication.

Transfer and storage of data

The data we hold ourselves is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). Microsoft may in some cases process data outside the EU; this will use appropriate safeguards as stated in Microsoft’s privacy policy.

Security of your data

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

How long do we keep your data?

We will keep your personal data (such as name, email address, position, organization, age group and gender) for up to 12 months after the survey results have been shared with all stakeholders. After that, this data will be deleted.

The anonymized research data, which cannot be traced back to you, can be kept indefinitely for trend analysis or follow-up research.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • view, correct or delete your information;
  • Unsubscribe (opt-out) from further communications;
  • revoke a previous opt-in at any time.
