This is what energizes you
As Senior Financial Controller you play a key role in the further development and professionalization of our financial organization. You are responsible for improving processes, building and continuously improving financial reports and you will be involved in the implementation.
You keep an overview in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and know how to proactively anticipate changes and trends. With your tight reporting formats, you help our business controllers to advise, forecast and budget the business.
You also monitor cash flow and develop models to calculate scenarios so that management can always make the right decisions.
What will you do?
- Prepare, improve and monitor financial reports and management information.
- Develop tight formats for forecasting, budgeting and consulting.
- Identify trends and proactively advise management.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare scenario and liquidity models.
- Improve and automate financial processes and systems.
- Participate in executive duties such as preparing periodic numerical reports.
This is where you recognize yourself
- You have completed a financial education at the college or university level;
- You have at least 8 years of work experience in a finance role;
- You have very good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
- You are someone who brings structure, keeps an overview, gets people moving and has communication skills;
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and can totally relate to our core values: HOERA (Cordial, Open, Energy, Rebellious, Ambition).
