The internship in a nutshell:
As an intern in recruitment within the Cloud and Security label, you will participate fully in our energetic and innovative (recruitment) team. No fetching coffee or copying documents: you will be in direct contact with future Rockstars! You will be supervised by experienced recruiters and other colleagues, together you will ensure that the best Cloud and Security Engineers in the Netherlands are introduced to our unique way of working.
What you will do, among other things:

Actively seeking and approaching cloud specialists through (online and offline) channels;

Collaborate on cool events and creative campaigns to increase our visibility;

Review resumes and job applications and prepare initial screenings;

Thinking along about innovative recruitment strategies – your ideas are worth their weight in gold;

Support in coordinating introductory interviews and qualification processes.
In short, a fun and versatile internship where there is much to learn and an entrepreneurial attitude is required! Professionalization is on going, so a critical eye is greatly appreciated! There is ample room for initiating and possibly implementing improvements. From your education you might have to do an assignment or research, we are happy to help and guide you to formulate a challenging assignment together with you that will add value to both you and us. In addition, you will work closely with interns from other teams, so you will also see what other teams are like.
We are the nicest, but why?
Within Team Rockstars IT, an intern is not just any intern. You rotate in the organization and we think that is very important. It’s okay to think about that, too. We challenge you to develop yourself. Therefore, you will be given a lot of responsibility. That also really gives you a sense of belonging to the organization. Side note: Every year we take a trip to a fat destination, like the past few years to Dublin, Paris and London is planned for next May. And the interns go along too!!! Very tempting, WE KNOW!😊

- You are studying at MBO, AD or college level;
- You know your way around and are commercially minded;
- You are looking for an internship starting in September 2025;
