As Managing Director of Region East you will be responsible for all commercial and operational matters within the provinces of Utrecht, Gelderland, Overijssel, Drenthe, Friesland and Groningen. This is the largest region within Team Rockstars IT with today around 180 IT Rockstars working for clients such as Alliander, Tennet, Rabobank and the Dutch Tax Office. In this role you will ensure the work happiness of all your Rockstars in the region, at both IT and HQ level. Of course this goes hand in hand with running a healthy and growing P&L, no shortage of ambition.
You don’t do this alone, but together with your Head of Sales and Head of Talent Management, your Core MT, you work to achieve this work happiness. This includes creating new opportunities with clients, creating a close-knit community both socially and technically as well as achieving maximum inflow of new IT Rockstars.
You have the insight to step in at the right time, but also to give the team the necessary autonomy. You recognize the great importance of employee happiness and breathe the values of Team Rockstars IT. You are self-starting and know the right initiatives to bring business of Team Rockstars within the East region to top level, but also play a key role in national organizational development and policies.

Are we a match?
- Extensive experience in a commercial and/or General Management position in IT consulting;
- Experienced in leading a growth agenda within a medium or large organization;
- Commercial track record and demonstrable network at corporate board level in the region;
- Proven success in developing new propositions and services;
- Hands-on, strategically, tactically and operationally adept;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Living in the “triangle” of Nijmegen – Zwolle – Utrecht;
- WO working and thinking level.
