Your mission: You will lead Team Rockstars IT’s training institute, transforming the Rockademy from an internal, high-quality training center to a strategic, external training authority that directly contributes to our IT services. Whether it’s digital transformations or client software engineering projects, you’ll ensure that learning and development become an integral part of every project – for both our Rockstars and client teams.

We do this as our purpose says, with an eye for fun and with a lot of ambition. In the world of IT, especially during the AI revolution, strengthening your knowledge is a continuous path. Our Rockademy is central to this, and your mission is to ensure that all Rockstars, ‘and all our clients, are very happy to come to us and want to invest in taking the next steps in their mastery.

What will you do?

  • You will develop and market a strong external training offering in hard skills (tech) and super skills (soft skills), which connects to our IT projects, and the staff organization (sales, recruitment, finance, marketing, HR) who also want to continue to excel in their specific areas of expertise.
  • You will build and lead a team of passionate learning professionals. Together with them you ensure that our Rockstars and employees of our clients enjoy working on their development, and can strengthen their mastery.
  • You will work with our consultants and clients to develop impactful learning programs that contribute to digital transformation and team development. Clients operate primarily in the Energy, Public, Finance, Hightech and Telco sectors.
  • You are commercially responsible: from positioning and proposition development to revenue realization and customer satisfaction. With that, you go well on a turnover target and have a sense of creating value.
  • You will work closely with sales, marketing, the CTO and delivery to make training a structural part of our services.

  • Experience in establishing and building learning and training concepts, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
  • Commercial clout: you know how to take a proposition to market and generate orders.
  • Knowledge of the IT world: you are versed in digital transformations, agile working, and software development life cycles.
  • Leadership: you have experience managing and inspiring a team.
  • Vision: you see learning and development as a strategic business component, not an afterthought.
  • Energy, entrepreneurship and drive to build something within a scale-up-like culture.
