What to expect.

You love pioneering. Of discovery. Of daring to do things differently. As Lead Talent Sourcing within our recruitment team you are responsible for the team of 6 Talent Sourcers and you are the first to get things moving in the candidate journey. You will be part of the vibrant recruitment team of Team Rockstars IT and know the ins and outs of sourcing like no other. You will search, spot and approach the most promising IT professionals in the Netherlands. In this role you will also be responsible for coaching and developing our Talent Sourcers.

All well and good, of course, but what specifically should you think about? Listed below:

  • You will translate Team Rockstars’ growth strategy into a strategy to source the right talent from the market at the right time
  • We believe in the power of self-training, you will teach the Talent sourcers the intricacies of the job and coach them on input and output goals
  • You have your own feet in the clay, by participating operationally in the team
  • Approach candidates both online through various channels and socials and by phone;
  • Processing and entering information from recruited candidates into our systems;
  • Working in a multidisciplinary team: you will work closely with the Head of Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing and the Managing Directors of our labels
  • Investment in your professional and personal development through coaching tracks and training, entirely at our expense!

  • You have a solid sourcing background; you see sourcing as a profession;
  • You work in a structured manner, easily switch between candidates and hiring managers, and maintain an overview when things get busy;
  • As a proactive Sourcer, you will gather data on the market and come up with a targeted solution to source high quality, scarce talent from the market;
  • Stakeholder management is your superpower. You read people, understand interests and know how to win trust and manage expectations;
  • You are a team player and love speed, targets and making an impact;
