You will join the vibrant recruitment body of Team Rockstars IT and search, spot and approach the most promising IT professionals in the Netherlands. In this role you can also get acquainted with the recruitment profession and we offer you all the tools, guidance and network you need to become successful! You are not alone: you will be part of a dynamic recruitment team with your fellow recruiters.

Since this is a new label of ours, we are looking for someone who thinks it’s cool to help build a start-up. In other words: an enterprising doer with guts. Someone who sees opportunities, switches quickly and likes an environment where not everything is set in stone. Here you help determine the direction. We want to feel the WOW factor everywhere! Say bye bye to traditional recruitment!

All well and good, of course, but what specifically should you think about? Listed below:

  • Searching, recruiting and selecting the best candidates through various (online and offline) channels and socials;
  • Approach candidates both online through various channels and socials and by phone;
  • Processing and entering information from recruited candidates into our systems;
  • Helping organize events (offline and physical) or other cool ideas to introduce candidates to us as an employer;
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team: you will collaborate with account managers, talent managers, region directors, marketing and events.
  • Investment in your professional and personal development through coaching tracks and training, entirely at our expense!

  • Salary between €2,800 – and €3,000, – gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);
  • A nice bonus scheme, laptop and phone;
  • Possibility to work from home flexibly with a compensation of €2,40 per home working day and a compensation of €750 with which you can buy products in our Coolblue Homeworking Store to furnish your hybrid home office!

  • You are commercial, people-oriented, proactive and communicatively strong;
