In this position you have a key role in strengthening our employer brand and attracting top (IT) talent. Together with an ambitious and energetic team you will ensure that our unique positioning is effectively communicated to the right target groups. In addition, you are the link between Marketing and Recruitment: you translate marketing strategies into concrete actions within the recruitment process and ensure that both teams work together seamlessly. You know how to involve, inspire and inform relevant stakeholders and colleagues. Moreover, you are strong in setting priorities and making success measurable through data and reporting.
What you need to do to do that?
- Develop and implement campaigns: You will initiate and manage marketing campaigns through various channels such as social media, events and email marketing.
- Analyze and Optimize: You will monitor campaign performance and use data insights to continuously improve strategies.
- Strengthen employer branding: Work with the marketing team to position Team Rockstars IT as the most attractive employer in the market.
- Lead nurturing: You will optimize the lead nurturing process, guiding potential candidates from the first contact moment to signing the contract and ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
This is where you recognize yourself
- You have a college or university degree;
- You have at least 4 years of relevant recruitment marketing experience;
- Available 32-36 hours per week;
- A passion for recruitment and marketing;
- Experience in developing and executing (digital) marketing campaigns;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights;
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mind;
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- You will receive an open-ended contract right away;
- Salary range of €4,000 – €5,000 per month, depending on experience and based on a 40-hour work week;
