Are you an enthusiastic Recruitment Marketer with the talent to be the link between our marketing efforts and recruitment goals? You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and attracting top (IT) talent. You will work with a dynamic team to effectively communicate our unique positioning to the right target groups. But just as important: you are also an expert in involving, inspiring and informing relevant stakeholders and colleagues, can set priorities and are strong in reporting and making success measurable.

What you need to do to do that?

  • You interact daily with both marketing and recruitment to achieve our organizational goals;
  • You will develop, initiate and implement marketing campaigns and projects to reach our target audience;
  • Together with a digital marketer and events specialist, among others, you will create and manage campaigns through various channels (social media, events, email marketing, etc.);
  • You will analyze campaign performance, use insights to optimize future strategies, compare results to benchmarks, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement;
  • Together with our marketing team, you will work to strengthen our employer brand and ensure that we are marketed as the most attractive employer;
  • You will create 9+ experiences and leave an unforgettable impression with our target audience.

We are looking for an enterprising, creative colleague with at least 4 years of experience in recruitment marketing in the broad sense of the word. With your enthusiasm, drive and passion for the job, you will show how expectations can be exceeded. You will quickly assimilate our organizational culture and after a short training period you will be able to pull the cart independently. This is where you recognize yourself

  • You have a college or university degree;
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant recruitment marketing experience;
  • Available 32-36 hours per week;
  • You have an affinity for IT and/or business services;
  • You are creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, a self-starter and hands-on;
  • Not afraid of numbers (budgets, reporting results, etc.);
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce and Byner (ATS) is a plus;

  • You speak and master the Dutch and English languages.
