Are you ready to take the stage and become the voice behind the Team Rockstars scenes? The link between what’s going on and what people are feeling?

In this role you will build a strong internal information supply and a close-knit community within our organization: quarterly meetings that feel like a party, internal tools that not only work, but work, colleagues who feel connected, even if they work remotely. That is the playing field if you become our new Internal Communication Specialist!

Among other things, what will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for the continued development of My Team Rockstars, our internal platform. You ensure that it remains clear, up-to-date and relevant, and that colleagues know how to find it effortlessly.
  • You also organize the quarterly meetings (Townhalls) from A to Z. From content line to logistics direction, you make sure it’s right. Inspiring, well-tuned to the target group and always in line with who we are.
  • You also think proactively about new forms of communication that contribute to connection, transparency and team spirit. Whether it’s formats for updates, interviews or an internal campaign: you shape and execute it.

This is where you recognize yourself

  • You have relevant work experience in this field;
  • You have a graduate degree in communication;
  • This is a role for 20 hours per week, hours can be flexible and can be worked from home or from one of our offices (Den Bosch, Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Klarenbeek);
  • You have an affinity for technology and are quick to familiarize yourself with systems;
  • You have an eye for UX/UI and user experience;
  • You have a data-driven mindset;
  • You are enterprising in internal communications.

  • Salary range of €3,000 – €4,000 per month, depending on experience and based on a 40-hour work week;
