What do we consider important?
We are active in the IT world and pay great attention to personal development. For example, we believe it is important that our employees have training, coaching and stimulating managers at their disposal. Besides that hard work, there must of course also be time for relaxation and a good laugh.
Transparency & 70/30 model
Within Team Rockstars IT, we designed the 70/30 model in 2015. We did this for 2 reasons: You get pay for work without sacrificing security and there is 100% transparency about what happens to the money earned.
Our 70/30 model works like this: Of every euro earned from your efforts with the customer, 70 cents goes to you and 30 cents to Team Rockstars IT. Your 70% is divided into two parts: A fixed portion of 55% and a variable portion of 15%.
You receive the fixed portion (55%) every month. It is important to know that you will always receive the fixed part in full. Even when you are (long-term) sick, on vacation or inbetween projects.
The variable portion (15%) is determined after you have completed a full year of service. The amount of your 15% is determined by taking the total amount to which you are entitled (70%, your hourly rate * the number of hours worked) and subtracting from that everything you have already received monthly (55%).

How do we do this?
- Your own talent manager, dedicated to you and your career. He/she will advise and assist you to support you during your assignments with clients.
- Training House Rockademy. The Rockademy is our training arm that helps you jobcraft by growing in your technical knowledge and social skills.
- Your own house coaches. Our house coaches Anne and Eline are always available to help you develop your personal skills.
