Will you be our new project hero? For this role we are looking for an experienced interim project manager who will take our HR, Finance and Payroll to the next level by successfully implementing the new software.
Are you a structure freak with a dose of creativity, do you have experience with Agile methods and are you an expert in stakeholder management?

So what will you do (in a nutshell)?

  • Drive the implementation process of the new HR/Finance/Payroll software.
  • Supervise the HR/Payroll/Finance team in this implementation.
  • Intensive contact and periodic evaluations with implementation partner(s).
  • Ensuring that everything is thought of and clear timelines are set and monitored.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved and planning is done and communicated.
  • Making sure the energy stays in, problems are solved and successes are celebrated!

This is where you recognize yourself

  • You are a project leader with experience in supervising a project like ours (implementation of new software)
  • Content knowledge (HR/Finance/Payroll) is a big plus but not necessary
  • You are available from approximately mid-September until at least the end of February 2025
  • You are someone who brings structure, keeps an overview, gets people moving and has communication skills.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and can totally relate to our core values: HOERA (Cordial, Open, Energy, Rebellious, Ambition).

This is what we have to offer you

  • A rate of €75 to €100 gross per hour, depending on what experience you bring with you.
  • You will mainly work from our cool office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, including Workcafe & roof terrace.
    When your schedule allows it, you also have the possibility to work from home.
  • An interim assignment for 32-40 hours per week, flexibility (from both sides) is important in this!
