In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our existing client relationships in the West Region. With your excellent sales skills and in-depth knowledge of the IT staffing industry, you know how to unerringly identify and respond to clients’ needs. You will build long-term and successful relationships, taking our services to the next level and increasing customer satisfaction. Our customers rate us with an average rating of 8.6. Of course, we are very proud of that! With the right tools and your commitment to a 9+, you will ensure that this line is carried through in your region.

In addition, your sales heart beats faster from bringing in new customers. You proactively seek out potential customers, analyze their needs and convincingly present the added value of our cool concept. With your persuasiveness and enthusiasm, you know how to attract new customers.

We are looking for a commercial heavyweight who will help us expand the region: you breathe sales and derive satisfaction from achieving commercial success. You want to focus on what you do best: building and maintaining strong customer relationships and bringing in new customers.

  • Identifying opportunities in the market and translating them into concrete sales actions
  • Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Mapping and actively working with Decision Making Units (DMUs) to quickly build a relevant network
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with sales colleagues, IT recruiters, field managers and IT Rockstars from your region
  • Furthermore, you will also maintain warm ties with your colleagues in sales, marketing and our CTO office to ensure our positioning is as refined as possible.

Agenda that energizes you

09:00 – 10:00: Week begins! Team meeting with direct sales colleagues and discussing ongoing projects and client relationships.

10:00 – 12:00: Proactive networking and identifying potential clients in Amsterdam region.

13:00 – 15:00: Meeting with an existing client to discuss needs and satisfaction and explore new opportunities.

15:00 – 17:00: Following up on leads and scheduling follow-up appointments with potential clients.

09:00 – 10:00: Grab a good cup of coffee and start the day by updating your admin.

10:00 – 12:00: Client visits in the region to present our services and highlight added value.

13:00 – 14:00: Meeting with the marketing team to further refine the positioning of our cool concept and discuss concrete sales actions.

14:00 – 15:00: Meeting with a sales colleague to further expand our network in the region.

15:00 – 17:00: Follow up on pending quotes and negotiations with potential clients.

09:00 – 10:00: Preparation for a sales pitch at a new prospect in the region.

10:00 – 12:00: Visit to the new prospect, focusing on the added value of our services.

13:00 – 15:00: Follow up with existing clients and follow up on appointments and action items.

15:00 – 16:00: Time for administrative tasks, such as updating the CRM database and preparing quotes.

16:00-17:00: Discuss the results with the team and provide feedback. Don’t forget to highlight your talent manager because we scored a satisfaction rating of 8.9!

And once a quarter:

18:00 – 21:00: Chapter Meeting! The meeting where “your” entire chapter comes together.

09:00 – 10:00: Team meeting with IT recruiters and talent managers to optimize cooperation in the region.

10:00 – 12:00: Customer visits to further strengthen existing relationships and discuss new opportunities.

13:00 – 15:00: Following up on leads and scheduling follow-up appointments with potential clients.

15:00 – 17:00: Participation in a networking event in the region to expand our network.

09:00 – 10:00: Alignment with the CTO office on technical developments and possible solutions to customer issues.

10:00 – 12:00: Last client visits of the week to end the week on a positive note and schedule any follow-up appointments.

13:00 – 15:00: Time for following up on pending quotes and preparing new appointments for the coming week.

15:00 – 16:00: A meeting with an IT Rockstar to jointly create a plan to achieve a successful placement.

16:00-17:00: Discuss the week’s results and plans for the coming week with the team. With a small drink of course! 😉

This is where you recognize yourself

Nobody fits all the boxes, but if you come very close to a perfect score you may call immediately!

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant sales experience within the IT services/delivery market;
  • You are commercial and proactive;
  • You are an active networker, target driven, creative and a perseverer;
  • You have a broad view of the sales profession and think out of the box;
  • You have an excellent ability to translate our services into customer needs;
  • Preference will be given to someone living in the region;
  • You possess a college/university degree;
  • You can fully identify with our core values Heartfelt, Open, Energy, Rebellious and Ambition (HOERA);
  • Pre: you bring with you a relevant network and/or industry knowledge.
