You are a familiar face in the regional MT meetings, where you represent the interests and successes of your team. Strategic account plans and managing for output are important to you. Just like spotting trends and taking action. You take the lead in improvement initiatives and know that results are not a coincidence.

You are visible, accessible and actively engage with recruitment and marketing to translate client needs into strong employer branding and visible impact. WHAT YOU DO

  • You bear the commercial responsibility for your region, consisting of the provinces of Utrecht, Gelderland, Overijssel, Drenthe, Friesland and Groningen (currently about 175 Rockstars active with customers in this region);
  • You will lead the regional sales team, coach on development and manage for performance;
  • You will be personally responsible for one or more Key Accounts and build them into strategic partnerships;
  • You ensure the 9+ experience for both customers and our IT Rockstars, including through the Customer Satisfaction Survey (KTO) and Rockstart Satisfaction Survey (RTO);
  • You will work closely with recruitment, marketing and the region MT to make your region thrive;
  • Every day you help develop Team Rockstars into “the best IT service provider in the Netherlands,” which means you’re not just executing, but also thinking along to make Team Rockstars a little better every day.

We believe you can make a difference with your experience and enthusiasm on the following topics.

  • Sales with experience that matters: Minimum of 7 years in IT services (secondment/consultancy/projects) and a proven track record in getting results;
  • Leadership that connects: At least 3 years of management experience (this can also be as a Team Leader) in which you collaborate, inspire and structurally build team growth. You like to have your feet in the clay;
  • Strength in KPIs: You actively manage on KPIs, know your priorities and persevere until the result is there. You know when to make adjustments;
  • Networker with guts: You think outside the box, translate customer needs into propositions and are able to make an impact with large SMEs and Corporates;
  • Strategically located: Think of regions Utrecht, Gelderland or Overijssel. So you are always close to your team and clients;
  • Education: You have a college or university degree and most importantly: the ambition to build, learn and make an impact.
