What will you do?

As a Principal Consultant Agile, you are the bridge between technology and business strategy. You lead Agile transformations at clients and are a true thought leader, at the forefront of technology, have communication skills and like to go the extra mile to make maximum impact with our clients!

Your responsibilities include:

  • Clients: You will be working as a principal consultant (in part) with clients to apply your knowledge in practice;
  • Strategic Consulting: You will go beyond sprint planning to help clients set strategic goals and design Agile initiatives that improve business outcomes;
  • Knowledge Sharing: You are an active contributor to our internal knowledge sharing and community. You will share best practices, organize workshops and stay abreast of the latest developments within Agile and technology. In this, you will work closely with the Tribelead of the Agile Tribe;
  • Agile Coaching & Supervision: You coach and supervise Agile teams to improve their performance. You share your passion for Agile and help others embrace this mindset;
  • Conferences: You give inspiring presentations at conferences to propagate and claim thought leadership.

Connecting yourself with short lines to your Principal Consultant peers in the CTO Office and internal communities like our Tribes and Special Agents will give you the energy and support you need to really shine in your work!

09:00-10:00 – Week begins! Grab your cup of coffee or tea at the internal meeting with CTO Office and Principal Consultant peers to stay abreast of the latest developments within the company.

10:00-12:00 – Discussing a new project with a client and advising on the best Agile strategies

13:00-15:00 – Working on developing a vision for the Agile tribe

15:00-17:00 – Consultation with the team on how to put the vision into practice.

9:00-10:00: Time for your admin! Not always fun, has to be done 😉

10:00-11:00: The 1 on 1 with your manager at a coffee shop, in nature or at the office.

11:00-12:00 – Working out a solution to a strategic issue with a client.

13:00-15:00 – Give presentation to management on the development of the Agile vision.

15:00-17:00 – Working with the team to further develop and implement the vision.

09:00-12:00 – You will visit a prospect with an account manager to have conversations about your Agile expertise.

13:00-15:00 – Working on developing a transformation strategy for a client.

15:00-17:00 – Consultation with the team on how to implement the transformation strategy.

09:00-17:00 – You are working with the client today to achieve their goals through the knowledge you bring.

09:00-10:00 – Internal meeting with the CTO office to discuss progress.

10:00-12:00 – Developing a plan for promoting our vision on an international stage.

13:00-15:00 – Work on developing a repeatable solution for a client.

15:00-17:00 – Consultation with the team on how to implement and optimize the repeatable solution while enjoying (non) alcoholic refreshments. Cheers to the weekend!

This is where you recognize yourself

Nobody fits all the boxes, but if you come very close to a perfect score you may call immediately!

  • You have a college or university degree in IT.
  • Extensive experience in guiding Agile transformations and coaching teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, LeSS
  • A passionate and innovative mindset.
  • You are at the forefront of technology and have communication skills.
  • Propagating your vision on a local and international stage is no stranger to you (with our support, of course).
  • You have complete freedom of choice and control over your work; this requires entrepreneurship and flexibility.
  • You master and speak the Dutch language.
