PER DIRECT – office manager Amsterdam

We are immediately looking for a colleague to join our Office & Facility team. This compact team, consisting of 8 top people, is invaluable as the face of our offices in Den Bosch, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. They run at full speed to create the ideal workplace, send out playful packages to our colleagues and network relations, and welcome visitors in a Rockstars-worthy way. To fill this role, we are specifically looking for someone to staff the Amsterdam office!

The position has quite a bit of diversity in store, as you will act as a facilitator for all departments and stakeholders within Team Rockstars IT. As the first point of contact, you are the captain of the ship, responsible for taking phone calls, tackling emails, keeping an eye on the calendar and arranging appointments. Maaaaar, there’s more! Each day serves up a new load of ad hoc tasks, ranging from hosting office meetings to arranging tasty lunches and dinners for various colleagues.
