As an Internal Account Manager, you are a crucial link within Team Rockstars IT. You provide the optimal match between cool assignments and our IT Rockstars. Your commercial drive, communication skills and ability to keep an overview provides the connecting factor. Together with your colleague Internal Account Manager, you will liaise with brokers and partners and identify vacancies and assignments. You can carry through a 9+ experience like no other when interacting with customers and IT Rockstars! You can leave taking care of new clients and contracts to our account managers. Through your close collaboration, you will be up to date and make sure our IT Rockstars can rock at their cool assignment!

 

 

 

Daily operations:

  • Creating the best match between clients and IT Rockstars
  • Collaborate with your fellow Internal Account Manager
  • Monitoring the overview of available assignments and IT Rockstars
  • Ensure optimal communication and a 9+ experience for stakeholders
  • Managing requests through various channels for clients
  • Building and expanding our relationships
  • Ensuring contractual completion of deals
  • Provide support to the account managers with whom you work closely
  • Optimizing the process and system (we never stop learning 😉)

Agenda that energizes you

09:00 – 10:00: New week, new opportunity’s! Time to start up over a chai latte or double espresso.

10:00 – 11:30: Telephone contact with clients to identify needs and discuss possible new assignments

11:30 – 12:30: Processing quotes and preparing new quotes for potential customers

13:30 – 14:30: Consultation with account managers about ongoing projects and any bottlenecks

14:30 – 17:00: Follow up on quotes and ongoing projects, liaise with clients and candidates

09:00 – 10:00: Send follow-up emails and follow up on open questions from customers and colleagues

10:00 – 12:00: Conducting in-depth discussions with clients about their current projects and taking stock of any new projects

13:00 – 15:00: Preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings

15:00 – 17:00: Making customer calls and monitoring customer satisfaction

09:00 – 10:00: Checking emails and setting priorities for the day

10:00 – 12:00: Telephone contact with candidates about current projects and opportunities for new assignments

13:00 – 13:30: Moment of success! You got some placements in 😀

13:30 – 14:00: 1 on 1 with your manager at a coffee shop, in nature or at the office

14:00 – 17:00: Drafting and sending offers to candidates and monitoring responses, who will be the next placement 😉

09:00 – 10:00: Send follow-up emails and follow up on open questions from clients and candidates

10:00 – 12:00: A quick call to client and candidate to schedule and prepare interviews

13:00 – 15:00: Project time! How do we ensure system optimization and better communication?

15:00 – 17:00: Preparation of evaluations and assessments of candidates and projects

09:00 – 10:00: Checking emails and setting priorities for the day

10:00 – 12:00: Updating customer files and keeping project information up to date

13:00 – 15:00: Conduct customer satisfaction survey and identify areas for improvement

15:00 – 16:00: Enter a negotiation before the end of the week to reach an agreement with the client!

16:00 – 17:00: Closing the week and preparing tasks for the coming week while enjoying a (non) alcoholic snack.

  • You have HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have 0 to 3 years of work experience;
  • If you are still studying but available part-time, this is also definitely an opportunity!
  • You have an energetic personality and are communicatively strong;
  • You are commercially minded;
  • You have an affinity for IT;
