We are looking for an experienced Interim Recruitment Manager to replace during maternity leave. In this role you will be responsible for managing our recruitment team, consisting of both IT and corporate recruiters. You will be the bridge between sales and recruitment, working data-driven to achieve our growth ambitions and ensure our 9+ people first strategy.
Using the unique Rockstars methodology, you’ll build a recruitment process that stands out in the marketplace. You understand that recruitment is more than matching resumes – it’s about finding real Rockstars who fit our culture, whether developers or our corporate professionals at headquarters. As a Recruitment Manager, you know how to optimally facilitate and manage your team so they can excel in their role. You create the right conditions, monitor processes and make adjustments where necessary. In a challenging labor market where talent is scarce, you see opportunities where others see challenges. With your analytical view and data-driven approach, you and the team know how to match the right candidates to their dream job, without compromising on quality.
What you need to do to do that?
- You will lead the recruitment team and ensure optimal performance through coaching and development;
- You translate sales forecasts and business objectives into concrete recruitment strategies;
- You analyze recruitment data and make adjustments where necessary to meet targets;
- You will develop creative initiatives to attract and retain top talent;
- You will work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders for effective recruitment campaigns;
- You stay abreast of the latest recruitment developments and implement relevant innovations;
- You will ensure that our people first strategy is woven into all recruitment processes
This is where you recognize yourself
- You have a college or university degree;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership recruitment role;
- Available 32-36 hours per week
- Not afraid of numbers (budgets, reporting results, etc.);
- You have an affinity for IT and/or business services
- You are commercially savvy and understand the dynamics between sales and recruitment
- You are entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, a self-starter and hands-on;
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce and Byner (ATS) is a plus
