Team Rockstars IT has grown since its inception in 2015 to become a top-3 developers’ house in the Netherlands with a team of 550 selected Software Developers. On a project basis, they develop IT solutions for our customers. We are growing fast and our ambitions are endless (think acquisitions and abroad). What to expect.

As Inside Sales, you play a crucial role within Team Rockstars IT. You act as the first point of contact for partners who place their orders through portals (brokers), and are an indispensable link between these parties and our sales colleagues. Your goal is to identify assignments for our IT Rockstars and turn these opportunities into deals. Your commercial drive, communication skills and ability to keep an overview provides the connecting factor. Together with your colleagues from the various labels of Team Rockstars (Regions, Cloud, Data, Security) and the partner manager, you will map out vacancies and assignments and take care of coordination with brokers. You can implement a 9+ experience like no other in the contact with brokers, clients and IT Rockstars! You can leave taking care of client relations to our sales colleagues. Through your close cooperation, you will be up to date and make sure that our IT Rockstars can rock at their new assignment!

All well and good, of course, but what specifically should you think about? Listed below:

  • Actively contact brokers to discover and qualify new assignments for IT Rockstars.
  • Creating the best match between clients and IT Rockstars by identifying suitable assignments appropriate to our stack.
  • Ensure optimal match between client demand and skills of our IT Rockstars.
  • Collaborate with your sales colleagues at Team Rockstars in the IT, Cloud, Data, Security and Consultancy & Projects labels.
  • Monitoring the overview of available assignments and IT Rockstars
  • Ensure optimal communication and a 9+ experience for stakeholders
  • Manage requests through various channels for clients. Build and maintain relationships in close relationship with the partner manager
  • Ensuring contractual completion of deals.
  • Provide support and help negotiate rates and terms with brokers in coordination with your sales colleagues.
  • Maintain the Salesforce and ensure up-to-date overview of all pending opportunities.
  • Optimizing the process and system (we never stop learning)
  • Tracking trends and developments within the IT industry to identify new opportunities. Example: trend in requested stacks as input for recruitment
  • Meeting your target based on number of sales and partner satisfaction score

  • You are commercial, people-oriented and communicatively strong;
  • You have 1 to 3 years of work experience in the IT industry;
  • You have basic knowledge of IT and technology trends so you can understand the needs and translate skills of our IT Rockstars;
  • You have an energetic personality and are communicatively strong;
  • You are commercially minded and driven to get results;
  • You know how to build and maintain relationships.
  • You are able to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously;
