The internship in a nutshell:
Effective immediately (entry time is flexible!) we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join Team Rockstars IT! This internship will involve a variety of tasks, but you will mainly be involved in the inflow throughput and outflow of colleagues on our friendly (and large) People and Culture (HR we think is old-fashioned by now 😉 ) team.
Together with the P&C officers, your responsibilities will include the entry, transfer and exit of new staff and the administrative tasks involved. There is also an onboarding every month in which you have a big part. We do this in a big way and new input is always welcome: no idea is crazy enough for us, so don’t hold back! Daring to think out of the box is something we think is cool. Other duties and responsibilities include advising colleagues from various departments on HR related issues, actively participating in various HR meetings and supporting in overall HR administration. Consider drafting contracts and regulations for colleagues. You will also be in frequent contact with the employees (both HQ and IT) so that everything runs smoothly within the company. Flexibility and service orientation are therefore very important to us!
In short, a fun and versatile internship where there is much to learn and an entrepreneurial attitude is required! Professionalization is on going, so a critical eye is greatly appreciated. There is ample room for initiating and possibly implementing improvements. From your education you might have to do an assignment or research, we are happy to help and guide you to formulate a challenging assignment together with you that will add value to both you and us.

Within Team Rockstars IT, an intern is not just any intern. You rotate in the organization and we think that is very important. It’s okay to think about that, too. We challenge you to develop yourself. Therefore, you will be given a lot of responsibility. That also really gives you a sense of belonging to the organization. Side note: Every year we take a trip to a fat destination, such as Berlin, Dublin, Hvar and Paris. And the interns go along too!!! Very tempting, WE KNOW!
