9:00-10:00: Week begins! Consult with the team about the week’s goals and priorities.
10:00-11:00: Review of projects, monitoring of schedule and budget.
11:00-12:00: Preparing for your client interview, including going over their annual report again.
13:00-14:00: Client conversation focusing on their aspirations and how we can help.
14:00-16:00: Update the CRM system and your Account Plan. In doing so, you immediately set out all kinds of actions based on your customer conversation.
16:00-17:00: Provide informal training to other sales colleagues on how to work with an Account Team.
9:00-09:30: Time for your admin! Not always fun, has to be done.
09:30-10:00 You will follow up on previous actions and have a short call with our CTO office.
10:00-11:00 You prepare again for another client meeting
11:00-12:00: A 1-on-1 with your manager during a walk in the sunshine
13:00-14:00: Feedback session with the sales team on how we can get better together.
14:00-15:00: Perform quality control checks on the completed projects.
15:00-16:00 Customer conversation in a new domain. You are trying to find parentheses for follow-up steps.
16:00-17:00: Preparing a quote for a new assignment.
9:00-11:00: Meeting with your team to discuss opportunities and successes. How do we make sure our region rocks?
11:00-12:00 Follow up actions after your customer calls.
13:00-14:00: Ears in and focus! You recalibrate your plan and figure out how to make an even greater impact with your client. What does that require?
14:00-16:00: Together with your colleague on the road to the customer.
And once a quarter:
18:00 – 21:00: Chapter Meeting! The meeting where the whole chapter comes together.
9:00-10:00: You have an Account Team meeting, trying to pick up news through your “Rockstars on the Ground.
10:00-11:00 You call a colleague or manager to spar about a sales case.
11:00-12:00: Discuss your progression and results with your manager.
13:00-14:00: Participate in an online seminar on the latest technologies.
14:00-16:00: Back on the road to the customer! You will make a presentation in collaboration with our CTO office.
16:00-17:00: Dealing with administration and preparing a to-do list for the next day.
9:00-10:00: Consult with your Account Teams on project progress and set up new actions.
13:00-14:00: Meeting with marketing team on marketing strategy for attracting new customers.
16:00-17:00: Discuss the week’s results and plans for the coming week with the team. With a small drink of course! 🙂
