We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our close-knit recruitment team!
In this role you are co-responsible for the inflow of all internal head office functions.
You will also work to further expand our employer brand by creating and organizing the coolest events (the sky is the limit!), content on offline and online media (our social media channels, LinkedIn, our website, Google but also billboards along the highway and banners at sporting events) and job market communication.
We want to feel the WOW factor everywhere!
You will be involved in recruitment in a playful way and from A to Z you will be in the lead on all activities concerning the inflow of new HQ colleagues.
Say bye bye to traditional recruitment! As far as we are concerned, you are free in how you want to fill your role, but if you are looking for a job description:

  • Devising and developing recruitment and selection strategies
  • What should the job posting look like?
  • Where will we recruit (our own website, LinkedIn, Indeed, events?)
  • Who or what will we use for this (driving colleagues, sharing posts online, online advertising)
  • Analyze the selection process (what kind of candidates are we attracting, what vacancies are difficult to fill and why?).
  • Conducting intake interviews with potential candidates for various HQ positions
  • Participate in cool recruitment campaigns (with LinkedIn or the marketing team, among others)
  • Sourcing and approaching interesting profiles on LinkedIn
  • Elaboration of candidate profiles
  • Thinking along and organizing employer branding and referral events
  • Act as a recruitment business partner for the regional managers and other stakeholders

  • In possession of an HBO/WO degree;
  • Experience in recruitment is nice to have!
